This site will walk you through the process of accessing your child's web gallery and placing an order online.
The deadline to place an order and receive FREE SHIPPING is 5/4/2026. After this date, you may still place an order but it will be shipped to your home address and shipping charges will apply. Galleries will remain online until September 30th, 2026. A $35 gallery reopening deposit will be applied if you want to place an order after the 9/30/2026 deadline. Please send an email to contact@gabycphoto.com to reopen your gallery.
Your child's gallery
Each student gallery contains the best images captured during school portrait day.
All images were captured in a short period of time, and every effort was made to create a relaxing and fun environment for every child. However, some children are naturally more comfortable in front of the camera, and some are more reserved. While I think children's smiles are beautiful, I also believe in letting every child be himself/herself in front of the camera. I strive to capture real personalities and expressions to give you more than a snapshot. My ultimate goal is to capture photographs that evoke emotion and show the beauty within.

photo usage
As a locally owned small business, I depend on the support of my clients to expand my portfolio and grow my business. Therefore, I may select images of your child to promote Gaby Cavalcanti Photography's portrait work on my website, marketing materials and social media. Please note that your child's name will not be used.
If you prefer your child's photograph is not used as part of Gaby Cavalcanti Photography's portfolio, please click here to complete an opt-out form.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Scroll down and click on the ACCESS ONLINE GALLERY button below, or visit the following link: https://gabycphoto.shootproof.com/villageschool26
2. Once you access the online gallery, find your child’s album and select your favorite photos.
The password for their album is your child’s last name (use only lowercase letters). For example, if their last name is “Cavalcanti” the password will be “cavalcanti”. If their last name includes a hyphen, do not include it in the password. For example: if your child’s last name is “Smith-Rogers”, your password would be “smithrogers”
3. To select images and place an order use the "Buy Photo" link above each image.
4. Packages A, B and C as well as, all Digital Packages are MULTI POSE packages this means you can mix and match images in one package. Packages D and E only include a SINGLE POSE.
Packages A, B and C can include a class photo, which you can add to your package as one of your images. Packages D and E do not include a class photo, but you can get one as an a la carte item.
5. Orders placed on or before May 4, 2026, are eligible for FREE SHIPPING to The Village Schoolhouse Montessori.
To receive Free Shipping - PLEASE SELECT THE “I’LL PICK UP” OPTION DURING CHECKOUT.
If you prefer to have your order delivered to your home, select the option that says SHIP TO ME during check out (shipping charges will apply). Orders placed after May 4, 2026 will only be eligible for shipping to your home address and shipping charges will apply.
Digital purchases will be delivered via email within 24 hours of payment.
6. EARLY ORDER DISCOUNTS - Families who order within the first few days after galleries are released can take advantage of the following discounts:
Orders of $50 or more placed on or before 4/24/2026 are eligible for a $5 discount. Use code

7. Parents and employees of The Village Schoolhouse Preschool who place an order of over $250 receive a 10% discount on a future photographic session with Gaby Cavalcanti Photography (session must be booked within 90 days of school photo product purchase).
