Our AdvancePay program allows you to buy credits that can be applied to your photo order. This offer is only available between school picture day and the day photos are published (usually 3-4 weeks after picture day).
In the next couple of days you will receive an ACCESS CODE via email.
You can use your unique code to take advantage of your exclusive AdvancePay Credit offer ($5 off an order of $30 or more). This AdvancePay Credit offer will be applied to your order once you select and purchase photos after your gallery is published, but you must purchase credits in advance, The option to buy AdvancePay credits is only available until galleries are published, so DON’T DELAY!.

HOW TO ORDER
1. When galleries are published, you will receive via email a unique Access Code to your child’s gallery and an access link.
2. Once you access your online gallery, select your favorite photos and complete your order through the online gallery. Please note that you can select different poses for print and digital packages. You can also decide whether your package includes a class composite or not. If you would like a class composite, simply add it to your package.
3. During checkout, you will be asked for your shipping address. PLEASE NOTE THAT orders placed on or before the FREE SHIPPING deadline will be shipped directly to PEPITAS BILINGUAL PRESCHOOL and sent home with your student. Orders placed after the FREE SHIPPING DEADLINE, will be shipped to your home address and shipping charges will apply. Digital images (high resolution jpgs) will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
4. EARLY ORDER DISCOUNTS - Families who order before or shortly after galleries are published can take advantage of the following discounts:
BEFORE GALLERIES ARE PUBLISHED:
BUY AdvanceCredits and receive a $5 discount on orders of $30 or more when galleries are published. Discount is automatically applied to your cart if you buy AdvanceCredits.
AFTER GALLERIES ARE PUBLISHED:
Orders of $65 or more (up to $174.99) placed within the first 5 days are eligible for a $5 discount. Use promo code PBP5OFF at checkout.
Orders of $175 or more placed within the first 5 days are eligible for a $15 discount. Use promo code PBP15OFF at checkout.
