This site will walk you through the process of accessing your child's web gallery and placing an order online. 

The deadline to place an order with FREE SHIPPING to Aldersgate Christian Preschool is 5/1/2025. After that date, print orders will be delivered to your home address and shipping fees will apply. Galleries will close on 10/1/2025 and a $35 gallery reposting deposit will be needed to repost your gallery.

Each student has his/her own password protected album inside of their class gallery, which includes:

  • INDIVIDUAL PORTRAITS OF EACH STUDENT.

  • A CLASS PHOTO - if your child is in multiple classes, he/she will be in multiple class photos. Follow the links below to access their class photos. Please note - we recommend you purchase class photos as an 8x10, 5x7. However, only 8x10 class photos include students names. Class photos 5x7 and smaller will not include students names due to format size and legibility.

  • PRE-K KEEPSAKE CERTIFICATE - for Pre-k students only. Certificates are 5”x7” and are included for FREE when pre-K families place an order of $7 or more.

Your child’s album password is your child's last name (all lowercase) + 25. For example, if your child's name is John Smith, his gallery password will be smith25. If your child has two last names, use his/her first last name and add the number 25. For example, if your child's name is Laura Hafner-Smith, the password to her gallery would be hafner25.

As a locally owned small business, I depend on the support of my clients to expand my portfolio and grow my business. Therefore, I may select images of your child to promote Gaby Cavalcanti Photography's portrait work on my website, marketing materials and social media. Please note that your child's name will not be used.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Visit: https://gabycphoto.shootproof.com/acpspring25

2. Use your email to access the Photo Gallery.

3. Find your child’s CLASS album. Once you select your child’s class, find your child’s private gallery - use your unique password to access the gallery (your child’s last name and the number 25 - all lowercase).

4. Browse and purchase your favorite images. Please note:

  • Packages priced at $30 or more are multi pose packages, therefore, you can mix and match different poses. If you would like to purchase a class photo as part of your package, please include it as one of your package images.

  • Packages under $30 are one pose packages. If you would like to purchase additional poses (such as class photos), you may purchase additional packages or a la carte products.

  • Pre-K Grad Photos and Certificate: Pre-K families who place and order of $7 or more will receive a complimentary 5"x7" keepsake certificate. A sample of the certificate is included on your Pre-K student’s gallery. If your order is $7 or more, you do not need to add the certificate to your cart, it will automatically be included with your order.

5.  Orders placed on or before May 1st, 2025 receive FREE SHIPPING to ALDERSGATE CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL and will be sent home with your student the week of May 13th-May 17th. Please make sure to select the “Ship to School” option during checkout (you may also choose to pay for shipping and have your order sent to your home address for faster delivery). Orders placed after May 1st, will be shipped to your home address and shipping charges will apply. Digital images (high resolution jpgs) will be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.

6. EARLY ORDER DISCOUNTS - Families who order within the next few days can take advantage of the following discounts:

  • Orders of $65 or more (up to $114.99) placed on or before 4/28/2025 are eligible for a $5 discount. Use promo code ACP5OFF at checkout.

  • Orders of $115 or more placed on or before 4/28/2025 are eligible for a $10 discount. Use promo code ACP10OFF at checkout.
