Thank you for choosing Gaby Cavalcanti Photography to capture your life's memories. I am very excited about our upcoming mini session. Please take a look at the following policies to ensure our shoot runs as smoothly as possible. Please read these carefully.  If you would like a copy of these policies for your records, please let me know and I will send you a copy via email.


Session Fee: Your $175 mini session fee will be required to hold your spot. Your session fee covers photography for up to 6 people.


Scheduling and timing: Mini sessions are 20 minute sessions. Gaby Cavalcanti Photography will schedule four sessions on the same day on 30 minute intervals. Therefore, it is very important you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be rescheduled after the last session of your selected day. Session times will be assigned in a first come, first served basis. You will receive an email with a confirmation of your assigned time within 24 hours of booking your session.


Rescheduling/Cancellations: Mini sessions are exclusive photography events, therefore, you may only reschedule your session if there are additional mini session days offered. If additional mini session days are not offered, a refund will only be issued if: 1. Is due to circumstances beyond your control (act of God, illness, special circumstances) or 2. Your time slot is booked by another client. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued; however, the amount paid will be credited to a future full session with Gaby Cavalcanti Photography. Please give notice of reschedule or cancellation at least 24 hours from your scheduled appointment. If I - the photographer - am unable to perform the session because of illness or an emergency, you will be notified immediately and all mini sessions for that specific date will be rescheduled within the next 30 days.


Photo Galleries and Delivery of digital files: Your photo gallery will be posted in a private web gallery for your review 2-3 weeks after your session. Once your gallery is online, you will have 7 days to select your three favorite images (included as part of your mini session package) and/or any additional prints and products you would like to purchase. After 7 days, your gallery will expire and there will be a $30 charge for re-uploading your images. High resolution files will be delivered via email or internet drop box.
If you would like to receive your files on a CD, DVD or USB drive, there is a $30 charge to cover the cost of supplies and shipping.


Final Prints and Print products: If you would like to order prints or specialty products, they will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after payment is received. If you need your prints or products sooner, please let me know, I may be able to expedite your order. 


Sales: Please keep in mind that your photoshoot, print and specialty products orders are tailored for you. Therefore, all sales are final.


Payment: At this time, I accept payments via Paypal or check. If you prefer to pay using a check, please make it to Gaby Cavalcanti Photography and promptly mail it to the following address: 4405 154th PL SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. Keep in mind that any returned checks will incur a $35 fee and another form of payment must be received within 5 days of your session date to hold your spot. You will be prompted to complete your payment via paypal after completing a session agreement, if you'd like to pay via check, send an email to contact@gabycphoto.com after completing your agreement.


Copyright and usage: All work remains property of Gaby Cavalcanti Photo. Usage rights for personal use only (unless a commercial/editorial image usage release is included with your session) are included with digital images purchased.
